Bookings

Reservations are recommended, especially on weekends and holidays. Online booking is handled through FareHarbor or another booking provider. Any booking, cancellation, refund, deposit, payment, or rescheduling terms shown during checkout or in your confirmation apply to your reservation.

Pricing And Availability

Prices, additional passenger fees, availability, rental times, and operating hours may change. The website may describe rentals as starting from a published price, but the active booking flow is the best source for current pricing and open times. Walk-ups are welcome when space is available, but availability is not guaranteed.

Rider Requirements

• Drivers must be 18 or older.
• A valid government-issued ID is required at check-in.
• A credit card is required for deposit.
• Passengers must be at least 42 inches tall.
• Life jackets are included and must be worn as directed.

Waivers And Safety

Guests may be required to complete waivers before riding. Your booking confirmation may include a QR code or waiver link to share with your group. All riders must follow staff instructions, posted rules, safety briefings, designated riding areas, and applicable laws. Jet Ski Chicago may refuse or end a ride for unsafe conduct, suspected impairment, failure to follow instructions, or weather and water conditions.

Ride Zone And Rental Format

Jet Ski Chicago operates within designated riding zones near North Avenue Beach. Rentals are generally offered in 30-minute blocks. Skis do not travel to the Playpen or south of North Avenue Beach, and hourly or full-day rentals are not offered unless specifically shown in the active booking flow.

Weather, Water, And Operational Changes

Lake conditions, weather, staffing, equipment, beach volume, safety calls, and public operations can affect rental availability. Jet Ski Chicago may delay, reschedule, cancel, or modify operations when needed for safety or operational reasons. Follow the instructions in your booking confirmation for current arrival and rescheduling information.

Arrival And Belongings

North Ave Beach can become extremely busy. On weekends and holidays, plan to arrive 30 to 45 minutes before your reservation and consider rideshare or public transit. Cubbies may be available at the check-in booth for small belongings, but Jet Ski Chicago is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unattended items.
